Grand Junction thief masquerades as Walmart employee, commits felony

0

It never ceases to amaze me how low some people in Grand Junction will go.

I am a person who believes that most people are honest and kind human beings. However, the reality is that there are a lot of people in the world who don’t care about anyone other than themselves and they will lie, steal and deceive just for their own profit and with no regard to who they might. hurt.

With that in mind, we turn our attention to the Mesa County Crime Stoppers of the Week that recently took place at the two Walmarts in Grand Junction. The estimated loss of property was estimated to be around $ 700.

Here is what happened

There is a good chance you would think right now that it was shoplifting, but it didn’t. In this case, a guy is seen on surveillance footage putting on a Walmart vest and entering the employee break room. At this point, he steals items from employee lockers, including a small square-style backpack with a red zipper, a black wallet with cash and credit cards, and other personal effects.

The couple left the scene in a late-model silver minivan with the booty of their caper.
