She succeeds to Marsha Jones, who successfully led PNC’s Diversity and Inclusion. efforts over the past decade and who is retiring.
As Director of Diversity, Coleman will help develop strategies and programs that enable PNC to create and maintain a talented and diverse workforce, and foster a culture of inclusion at PNC.
